The Company

ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT is an independent mutual funds and asset management company licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. It is a member of the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association.

The Company Objective is the following in accordance with Law 4099/2012:

• The management of UCITS authorized under Directive 2009/65/EC as well as of other collective investment undertakings,
• The management of portfolios of investments, including those owned by pension funds, in accordance with mandates given by investors on a discretionary, client-by-client basis, where such portfolios include one or more of the instruments listed in article 5 of Law 3606/2007 as in force at any given time,
• investment advice concerning one or more of the instruments listed in article 5 of Law 3606/2007 as in force at any given time,
• safekeeping and administration in relation to units of collective investment undertakings.

The founding partners of ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT are distinguished entrepreneurs and executives with a long-term experience in Greek and international financial institutions. During their long and successful careers in the financial sector, the management team of ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT, had  assets under management exceeding € 5 billion, offering high quality services to private and institutional investors, with consistency and commitment to their principles ​​and always aiming to achieve the goals and aspirations of their clients.
